We give all refurbished products a status depending on many factors, including condition and appearance so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Box Opened

The products are brand new, unused and in perfect condition. They will be shipped in their original packaging, but the box will have been opened for inspection.

Grade A1

In excellent condition and runs like new. Products are tested by our team of experts and are fully functional. Products are typically shipped in their original packaging, but this may not always be the case.

Grade A2

Fully functional and in very good condition, but may have some light cosmetic marks. Each product has been fully tested by expert engineers. Product will be in non-original packaging.

Grade A3

Fully functional and in good condition. May have visible markings & moderate sign of previous use. Each product has been fully tested by expert engineers. The product will be in non-original packaging.
