Strong Waterproof Airframe and Motors
The SplashDrone 3 fuselage is made of durable 3mm reinforced ABS to ensure a perfect waterproof seal. All external parts are corrosion resistant and designed for use in salt and fresh water environments.
New access hatch with pressure equalization allows altimeter accuracy without permitting the ingress of water.
The powerful new 620KV motors provide strong performance, speed and lifting capacity. A special coating system ensures maximum resistance to salt water corrosion and power delivery for take-off from water and in heavy rain.
Quick-Fit Propellers
Redesigned 1242 carbon-fibre propellers are light and stiff to efficiently transform the motors' power into thrust. A new quick-fit design enables fast and secure attachment of the propellers to the motors.
Waterproof 4K Gimbal Camera
Swellpro’s unparalleled fully waterproof 4K gimbal camera captures smooth videos and sharp photos both while flying as well as underwater.
High power brushless gimbal motors ensures shake-free footage always, even during high speed water landings. A special hydrophobic coating ensures a clear, dry lens as soon as you take SplashDrone 3 back to the air or when flying in rain.
All in One Remote Controller
Because greater power and versatility requires greater control, the SplashDrone 3 comes with a custom designed, fully integrated remote controller. Redesigned controls maximize ease-of-use and efficiency, while a fully integrated, high-quality 5" FPV screen clearly displays live video and overlayed (OSD) flight data without the need for any additional equipment.With the one remote controller, flight, payload release and camera positioning controls are at your fingertips.
Fly Autonomously
Link your mobile phone or GPS-enabled tablet to the included ground station and take control of the SplashDrone 3 auto with your fingertip! The Swellpro FLY app enables several smart flight modes, which drastically reduces manual input from the pilot, making flying the Splash drone even easier.
Follow Me
Switch to Follow Me mode and the SplashDrone 3 will constantly follow and turn towards you as you move, recording you and the scene around you in UltraHD definition.
Missing Planing
Tap to select waypoints on a map and the SplashDrone 3 AUTO will execute the mission faithfully; circling, pausing and changing elevation according to your selected route instructions.
Tap to Fly
Tap on the map where you want your drone to go and SplashDrone will navigate to the destination and hover, awaiting further commands from you.
Circling Flight
On any waypoint, select a circling radius and number of circuits to perform to capture the perfect video with your chosen subject always in the middle of the frame.
Return-Home
Finished your mission? Tap Return-Home on the app or flick the Return-Home switch on the remote controller, and the SplashDrone3 will adjust its altitude to the pre-programmed safe flight level and fly directly home before landing gently without any input from the pilot.
Smart Cruise
Want to concentrate on filming? Switch the Remote Controller into Smart-Cruise mode and you will be able to pan (yaw) and fly the SplashDrone with a single joystick, making your flight path smoother and more cinematic.
