DJI Care Refresh is a comprehensive protection plan that offers affordable replacement service and accidental damage coverage. Enjoy your DJI product with greater peace of mind wherever you go.

Two Fast Replacements

DJI Care Refresh offers two replacements in a one year period, which includes a once chance use for Flyaway coverage. When it comes to accidents like water damage, collisions or a missing aircraft you can have your product replaced for a small additional cost.

Your first replacement cost on the Care Refresh is £139, with the second fee being £169. If you do need to use your coverage for a Flyaway the replacement fee will be £619.

Flyaway Coverage

The Care Refresh covers situations where you drone goes missing during flight so you can enjoy your experience and not have to worry.

Full Coverage, Hassle Free

Accidental damage is covered by the replacement serice, including collisions, water damage etc. The replacement units are brand-new products or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability.

Factory Maintenance

DJI service centres offer factory maintenance covering inspections and upgrade, cleaning and easily-worn part replacement to keep your aircraft in excellent condition. This plan provides 1 factory maintenance in 1 year.

Rewards for Safe Flight

Throughout the service period, if you havent used any replacements or repair services, DJI will provide you with a 1-year warranty extension as a reward.
